What originated in the mountainous region of Kabul, has been traded by local merchants in the Shoor Bazaar for generations. It was used to spice up the local dishes such as Bolani, rice, and Kabob plates. This secret family recipe has been preserved and recreated by your local Bay Arean to give demand to its high diverse community a taste of Kabul.
